The Division held its annual leadership elections last september and the results are:

There will be a team coordination training session at the provo boat harbo from 8 am till 4 pm, 8 hours, for those needing it, every five year retake, and for the new members. Contact Joyce Bell, 801 225 7296 for more information. this class is required for anyone in the operations program.
For the rest of the spring we will be conducting safe boating classes throughout the vallery, and providing member training and tutoring as well When the weather breaks and the ice is all gone, like in May, we will be commencing our on the water activities, patrols, more member training, etc. There will be an saturday event at Utah Lake State Park to Commence Safe Boating week, May 22-28. We will be there to assist the Park Rangers in many displays and activities reguarding safe boating. Hope to see you there.
Throughout the Summer there will be some State Sponsored triathelons and events in which we will be participating. We are also planning to have some vessel examinations stations set up on the weekends at the different marinas. So when you see us, come and get your free boat safety inspection, It might get you a free pass to the lake, and or a discount on your boat insurance.
The boating season will be starting soon and we will have patrols on Jordonelle, utah lake, bear lake, strawberry, Flaming Gorge, and Lake Powell. Look for us out on the lakes. We will have coast guard patorl signs on the sides of the boat, and an orange flag flying high so that you can spot us.
