The Division held its annual leadership elections last september and the results are:
Larry Kelley-Division Commander
Elliott Moses--Vice Division Commander
There was a team coordination training session at the provo boat harbor from 8 am till 4 pm, 8 hours, last February for those needing it, every five years, and for new members. Contact Joyce Bell, 801 225 7296 for more information. this class is required for anyone in the operations program, and will be retaught again next February sometime..
Throughout the Summer there were some State Sponsored triathelons and events in which we participated. We also had some vessel examination stations set up on the weekends at the different marinas.
The boating season has been in full swing, and we had patrols on Jordonelle, Utah Lake, Dear Creek, Bear Lake, Strawberry, Flaming Gorge, and Lake Powell. Hope you were able to see us out on the lakes. We had the coast guard patorl signs on the sides of the boat, and an orange flag flying high so that you could spot us.
